Bacon Tomato Cups

2 tbsp Bacon bits
1 med Tomato
1/2 sm Onion
3 oz Swiss cheese
1/2 C Mayonnaise

1 tsp Basil
1 can (10 oz.) Flaky biscuits, (Hungry Jack)

1. Coarsely chop tomatoes and onion with food chopper. Combine shredded cheese, onion, tomato, mayonnaise, bacon bits, and basil in 1 qt. batter bowl.
2. Mix pull apart biscuits into 3rds and lay over sprayed mini muffin pan. Press into pan with lightly floured tart shaper.
3. Fill each cup with mixture and bake at 375 degrees F. for 10-15 min.
