Cheese Wafers

1 lb Grated cheese (cheese of choice)
1 stick Softened oleo
Bisquick mix
Cayenne pepper to taste

Mix oleo, cheese and enough Bisquick to make a stiff dough. Add cayenne pepper to taste.
Pinch off small balls and put on a cookie sheet. Press flat and bake at 350° until light brown.
Take the wafers off the cookie sheet and place them on wax paper to cool.
