Crab Mold

I’ve served this several times and always get asked for the recipe. I sometimes add a dash or two of cayenne and a drop or two of red food coloring to “pinken” the color.

5 green onions, chopped
1½ C Finely chopped celery
10 oz Fresh or canned crab meat
1 can Cream of mushrrom soup or cream of celery
8 oz Cream cheese

2 tbsp Unflavored gelatin
2 tbsp Warm water

1. Mix gelatin with warm water and set aside;
2. Heat soup and cream cheese together. Add gelatin mixture and remaining ingredients. Let set overnight in mold (or make early in the morning for use that evening) Garnish with parsley if desired.
3. Serve with crackers.
