Crab Potato Nibblers

Packaged instant mashed potatoes (enough for 2 servings)
1 tsp Instant minced onion
1¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp Garlic powder
1 7½ oz can Crab meat, drained and flaked
1 Slightly beaten egg

1/2 C Fine dry bread crumbs

1. Prepare potatoes according to package directions, adding instant onion to water before boiling, and using 2 tablespoons less milk than called for. Stir in worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and a dash of white pepper. Add crab meat.
2. Shape into bite-size balls; dip into beaten egg, then roll in crumbs.
3. Fry in deep hot fat (375°) for about 1 minute, till golden brown. Drain.

Makes about 3 dozen balls.
