Crispy Sesame Shrimp

Succulent jumbo shrimp are coated in a crunchy crust of sesames and breadcrumbs, then oven-fried to a golden brown. Scrumptious!

3 Egg whites
1 tbsp Toasted sesame oil
1/2 C Dry garlic-and-herb seasoned breadcrumbs
1/4 C Sesame seeds
1/2 tsp Sa;t
1 lb Jumbo shrimp, about 24, peeled and deveined, with tails left on

1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Coat baking sheet with cooking spray.
2. Whisk egg whites with sesame oil.
3. In another bowl combine breadcrumbs, seeds and salt. Holding shrimp by tails, dip into egg mixture then roll in breadcrumb mixture.
4. Place on baking sheet; generously coat with cooking spray. Bake 4-5 minutes. Turn; coat with spray. Bake until golden, 4-5 minutes.

Yield: 12 servings.
