Drunken Gizzards

2 lb Gizzards
2 cans Beer
3 Tbsp. Catsup
2 Tbsp Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
4 tbsp Water
2 Tbsp Butter
3 Tbsp Brown Sugar

1 tsp Salt
1 tsp. Dry Mustard
1/2 tsp. Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Red Pepper (optional)

1. Cover gizzards with beer. Simmer 3-4 hours until tender.
2. Drain (discard beer), mix and heat remaining ingredients until well blended. Add gizzards. Simmer 1/2 hour.

Note: Even if you HATE gizzards you’ll like these. So tender and delicious.
