Even-Better Buffalo Wings

Coated in spicy seasoning (for fiery hot, use the maxiumu amount of Tabasco), our Buffalo wings are baked instead of fried, so there’s no hot pan or messy stovetop–but they’re every bit as delicious!

For less mess combine the glaze ingredients for the buffalo wings in a resealable plastic food storage bag. Add wings, then seal and shake. The chicken will be evenly coated, and there’s no bowl to wash!

1/4 C Butter or margarine, melted
2-3 tbsp Tabasco sauce
1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
1 tsp Cayenne pepper
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
3 lbs Chicken wings, about 18, tips removed

1 btl (8 oz) Blue cheese salad dressing
1/4 C Crumbled blue cheese
Celery sticks

1. Preheat oven to 425° F.
2. Line 2 jellyroll pans with foil.
3. Combine butter, Tabasco, vinegar, cayenne, salt, paprika and garlic powder.
4. Using knife or scissors cut each wing at joint into 2 pieces; coat in butter mixture. Arrange wings skin side up on pan. Bake until golden brown and meat is no longer pink near bone, 25-30 minutes.
5. Meanwhile, combine dressing with cheese. Serve with wings and celery.
