Hot Crabmeat Clouds

2 Egg whites
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Crabmeat
1/4 tsp Lemon pepper
1/4 tsp Garlic salt
1/4 tsp Celery salt

1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Dash Cayenne pepper
Paprika
Melba toast rounds

1. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold in mayonnaise and crabmeat. Gently fold in lemon pepper, garlic and celery salts, Worcestershire and cayenne pepper.
2.Place toast rounds onto cookie sheet. Pile crabmeat mixture onto each toast round. Sprinkle with paprika. Broil for 3 minutes or until puffy and lightly browned. Makes 2 dozen.
