Hot Sausage Balls

2 c. Biscuit Baking Mix
1 lb bulk Hot Sausage
1 10oz package sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
2 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese, grated
2 tsp. dehydrated minced onion

1. Combine all ingredients except paprika; mix well.
2. Shape into medium size balls. Sprinkle each ball with a dash of paprika
3. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake in 400 degree oven for 15 minutes.
