Little Burgers

1/4 C Instant minced onion
1/4 C Hot water
2 1/2 lbs Extra lean ground beef
3 oz Strained beef baby food
2/3 C Beef broth
Salt & pepper, to taste

10 Hot dog buns
40 Dill pickle slices

1. Soak onion in water in covered bowl for 15 minutes.
2. Combine ground beef, baby food and broth in bowl; mix well. Divide mixture into 1/4 cup portions. Pat each into a 3 inch square.
3. Heat oil in skillet over high heat. Cook patties until brown, seasoning with salt and pepper.
4. Cut each bun in half. Place 2 pickle slices, 1 teaspoon onion and 1 patty on each bun.
