Little Pizzas

I usually have some of these in the freezer to have when unexpected company comes.

2 Loaves cocktail or party rye bread
1 lb Pork sausage (hot or mild)
1 lb Lean ground beef
1 sm Onion, chopped
8 oz pkg Shredded mozzarella cheese
1 lb Velveeta cheese, shredded

3 tsp Oregano
1 sm can Tomato sauce

1. Brown meat and onion. Drain and add shredded Velveeta cheese until melted.
2. Spread mixture on rye bread. Put 1 teaspoon sauce on top. Mix mozzarella cheese and oregano. Sprinkle on top of tomato sauce.
3. Freeze on cookie sheet, then bag in ziploc bags.
4. When ready to serve, bake at 250 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until cheese melts.
