Oyster Loaf

2 (8 oz) pkg Cream cheese
2 cans Smoked oysters
Garlic (1 large or 2 small cloves, pressed)
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 or 3 tbsp Mayonnaise

Onion, 1/2 of a small one, pressed
1/8 tsp Salt

1. Cream enough mayonnaise into cream cheese to hold it together. Add worcestershire, onion and garlic. Combine well.
2. Spread about 1/2 inch thick on waxed paper. Chop oysters and spread them on top of cheese. Roll as a jelly roll, using a knife to start it. Chill for 24 hours.

Serve with toast round or garlic. Garnish with parsley.
