Peg Legs

1 dozen Peg legs (the miniature drumstick in the fleshy part of the chicken wing)
1/4 C Butter, melted
3 Cloves garlic, minced
1 C Cheese crackers, crushed
1/4 C Parmesan cheese

1/4 C Parsley, chopped
Dash pepper
Dash paprika

1. Mix butter and garlic in first bowl, crackers, cheese, pepper, paprika, and parsley in second bowl. Dip peg legs in first bowl, then in second bowl to coat.
2. Place in a single layer in shallow greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees 35-40 minutes.
