Petit Crab Quiches

1 3 oz. pkg Cream cheese
l stick Margarine
l C Flour
l Egg (beaten)
3/4 C Cream
l tsp Parmesan cheese (grated)

1/4 C Crabmeat
1/2 tsp Salt

1. Soften cream cheese and margarine, add flour. Chill for one hour.
2. Shape into twenty-four l inch balls. Press into small muffin tins. Bake for five minutes in 350 degree oven.
3. Combine egg, cream, parmesan cheese, crab meat and salt. Pour mixture into muffin tins. Reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees; bake for 15 minutes longer.
