Pizza on the Ritz

8 oz. Cream cheese, softened
1 can Mini shrimp
1 jar (12 oz.) Seafood cocktail sauce
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 Green pepper, chopped
2 Tomatoes, chopped

2-4 Green onions, chopped (using tips too)
Ritz Crackers (Wheat Thins and Trisket are also good)

1. Spread softened cream cheese on round platter. Leave outer edge (1 – 2 inches) clear to put the crackers on.
2. Drain the shrimp. Combine with the cocktail sauce, and spread over the cream cheese. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top of the sauce. Layer green pepper, tomatoes, and green onion on top of the mixture.
3. Finally, place the crackers around the outside edge.
