Rice Balls

2 C Cooked rice
1 Egg
1/4 C Bread crumbs
1/4 C Italian cheese

Parsley flakes
Salt & pepper to taste
Oil for frying

Mix all ingredients and shape into balls. Fry in hot oil until golden brown. You may add more bread crumbs if needed to shape balls.
