Salmon Balls

2 cups baked salmon, leftovers or use canned
8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp finely chopped green onions
1 tbsp finely diced celery
1 tbsp finely green pepper (a red pepper can be used
1/2 tsp liquid smoke or to taste (optional)
dash worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp horseradish

1/2 tsp salt, or to taste
dash pepper
1 tbsp finely chopped parsley (dried may be used)
1/2 cup chopped nuts, optional

1. Combine all ingredients
2. Chill
3. Shape into a ball
4. Roll in the chopped nuts if desired
5. Chill for two hours before serving
