Sausage Balls #4

1 1/2 C Flour
2 tsp Curry powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Paprika
8 oz Cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 C Margarine or butter
1 lb Sausage meat, shaped into 36 balls

1. The day before serving: In large bowl mix flour, curry powder, salt, paprika and cheese. Cut in margarine or butter until mixture resembles coarse bread crumbs. With hands press into ball; cover and refrigerate.
2. Forty-five minutes before serving: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Divide dough into 36 pieces, shape dough evenly around balls. Place sausage balls on cookie sheet and bake 12 to 15 minutes until golden. Serve with toothpicks. Yield: 36 sausage balls.
