Sausage Swirls

1/2 pound Hot sausage
1/2 pound Mild sausage
2 8-ounce cans Refrigerated crescent dinner roll dough
2 tablespoons Hot mustard (Chinese or Creole)

1. Cook and drain sausage.
2. Separate rolls into four rectangles. Spread rolls with mustard and sprinkle crumbled sausage over mustard. Roll up jellyroll fashion. Chill overnight.
3. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Slice and bake 10 to 15 minutes. Makes 40 swirls.
