Stuffed Mushrooms #2

1. Take the stems off medium to large sized mushrooms. Chop stems and mix with cooked Italian sausage, chopped pepperoni, and any of your favorite Italian spices.
2. Place mushroom tops upside down in shallow baking dish or crocpot in a bit of butter. Fill with stem mixture and top with shredded cheese.

3. Cook in 300° oven or crockpot for 20-30 minutes.
