Stuffed Mushrooms #3

hese are the best I have ever tasted!

1 pkg Button mushrooms, you can use large mushrooms also
1 pkg Brat Wrurst
1 lg Cream cheese
1 heaping soup spoon of Chopped garlic ( you know the spoon that comes with your stainless )
6-7 shakes of worchestershire sauce

grated mild cheddar cheese, you can mix monterey jack with the cheddar if you wish, very good either way

1. Preheat oven to 325 F
2. Remove skin from Brats and crumble in skillet, add chopped garlic and worchestershire sauce and cook until done. Do not drain but with skillet still on the stove add the cream cheese and mix well.
3. Wash mushrooms. pull stems and then put one teaspoon of filling into the cavity of each mushroom. top with grated cheese.
4. Bake @ 325 for about 20 to 25 minutes. Cover with foil.
