Texas Caviar #2

1 can blackeyed peas, drained
1 can white hominy, drained and chopped
2 or 3 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 medium tomatoes, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced

1/3 cup parsley, chopped
1 cup picante salsa
1 cup white shoepeg corn, sliced
cilantro (optional)

Mix all ingredients in a bowl
Cover, let set for a day
Add salt and pepper to taste
