Veggie Squares

2 cans Pillsbury crescent rolls
1/2 C Sour cream
1 pkg Dry Hidden Valleny Ranch Dressing
1 8-oz pkg Cream cheese, softened
1 C Mayonnaise (or Miracle Whip)

1. Grease cookie sheet and spread out crescent rolls flat, pressing the seams together. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool at least 1/2 hour.
2. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream and package of ranch dressing in blender until smooth. Frost cooled rolls.
3. Top each with 3/4 cup each: chopped cauliflower, bell pepper (red, green, or yellow), grated carrots, chopped broccoli, celery.

Usually, I pick a combination of 3 toppings–anymore, and they just fall off. You can use whatever you like.
