Veggie Tart Appetizers (Lite)

6 oz Light cream cheese, softened
6 tbsp Light sour cream
1 1-oz pkg Ranch dressing mix
1 tbsp Fresh minced dill

30 miniature Phyllo shells, thawed
1½ C Assorted chopped raw vegetables(broccoli, carrots, peppers, cauliflower)

Beat together cream cheese, sour cream, ranch dressing mix and dill until smooth. Spoon or pipe about 2 teaspoons of mixture into each tart shell. Garnish with vegetables.

Makes 30 tarts.
