Zucchini Appetizers

3 C Thinly sliced, unpared zucchini
1 C Bisquick baking mix
1/2 C Grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 C Finely chopped onion
4 Eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp Seasoned salt
2 tbsp Snipped parsley
1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Dried marjoram or oregano leaves
dash of Pepper
1 clove Garlic, finely chopped
1 C Vegetable oil

1. Heat oven to 350°. Grease rectangular pan 13 x 9 x 2-inches.
2. Mix all ingredients; spread in pan. Bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes. Cut into rectangles, about 1 x 2-inch.
3. Refrigerate any remaining appetizers.

Yield: 4 dozen appetizers
