Berry Ice Cream Float

2 tbsp. bottled blueberry syrup
12 oz seltzer or club soda
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
blueberries

1. Put syrup into tall glass.
2. Slowly pour in well-chilled seltzer or club soda until about 2/3 full.

3. Stir to blend, then add vanilla ice cream.
4. Garnish with fresh blueberries.

Note: Substitute strawberry syrup, strawberry ice cream and sliced strawberries
or
raspberry syrup, raspberry-swirl frozen yogurt and fresh raspberries.
