Coffee Fudge

2 c. Sugar
1 c. Strong Coffee
2 Tbsp. Heavy Cream
1/2 c. Almonds, chopped

Butter 8″ square pan.
Combine all ingredients in a heavy pan and boil for 8 minutes (to soft ball stage – 234 degrees)
If desired add nuts. Beat until smooth and creamy; pour into pan; cool and cut into squares.
