Easy Orange Ice Cream

2 Cups Heavy whipping cream
1 Cup Sugar
1/3 Cup Fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/3 Cup Fresh squeezed Orange juice
Grated zest of one whole orange

In a large bowl, combine cream and sugar; stir to dissolve sugar. Add lemon juice; continue stirring. (Mixture will thicken slightly.)

Stir in orange juice and peel. Pour into shallow pan; freeze until firm – about 4 hours. Serve in dessert dishes.

YIELD: 6 Servings
