Bean & Cheese Dip

Source: One of my aunts worked in food service for many years and has several good recipes for large quantities.

1 #10 can medium hot nacho cheese sauce
2 #10 cans refried beans
6 pounds round tortilla chips

In a 12 quart (or larger) pot, dup the cheese sauce and refried beans. Bring to slow boil over low heat. Reduce heat and allow to cook down for about 2 hours, stirring frequently.

Serve warm with chips.

NOTE: An equal amount of salsa can be added. Save left over and reheat in microwave.
