Cider Punch

1 qt. pineapple juice
1 qt. reconstituted frozen orange juice
2 gal. apple cider
12 oz. brown sugar (See Note)

Mix all ingredients. Remove spices. Serve hot or chilled. Garnish with thin slices of orange.

Yield: 2 1/2 gallons (80 servings)

NOTE: If a very sweet cider is used, omit or reduce brown sugar.
