B-B-Q Beef

3-4 lb. Boneless Chuck or Rump Roast
1 32 oz. bottle of BBQ Sauce

1. Cover meat with sauce and cook on high in Crockery Pot 6 – 8 hours.

2. When meat begins to fall apart, remove from pot and shred with 2 forks. Stir meat back into sauce.
3. Stir and serve on rolls or on baked potatoes.
