Slow Cooker Swiss Steak

3 to 4 lb. round steak
1 can stewing tomatoes
2 tbsp. flour

11/2 sliced onion
flour for flouring meat

Cut steak into serving size pieces; tenderize. Combine 2 tablespoons flour with stewed tomatoes. Set aside. flour meat and lightly brown in medium skillet with small amount of oil. Layer steak pieces, onions and stewed tomatoes in slow cooker. Cook 6 to 7 hours on low or 3 to 31/2 hours on high.
