Pumpkin Pudding

1 16 oz. can pumpkin
2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. vanilla
1 can evaporated milk
3/4 cup sugar

1/2 cup bisquick
2 tbsp. margarine
2 eggs

Spray Crockery Pot, beat ingredients and pour into pot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Spoon into cups and top with cool whip. Good hot or cold.
