Crock Pot Bouillabaisse

I had this at a friend’s house and wanted to make it myself. She gave me her recipe and here it is.

2 lbs. boneless fish fillets, cut into 1″ cubes
1 lb. shelled shrimp
11/2 lb. scallops
2 c. shucked clams
2 cans diced tomatoes (1 lb. each)

1 c. white wine
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. olive oil

Put all ingredients in crock pot. Stir to blend and cover. Replace lid and cook on low about 3 hours. Serve in soup bowls.

Yield: 6 to 8 servings
