1 gal. apple cider
1 qt. orange juice
1/4 cup lemon juice, up to 1/2 cup
12 whole cloves

2 tbsp. chopped crystallized ginger
12 whole allspice berries
2 3-inch cinnamon sticks

Wrap the spices in a spice bag (rinsed cheesecloth tied with a piece of kitchen twine will do nicely). combine all ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on low 4-8 hours. Remove the spice packet before serving. Place thin orange and lemon slices on the top right before serving.
