California Rice Casserole

2 lbs. ground beef
2 cans tomato soup (8 oz. each)
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/3 c. raw rice

21/2 c. water
1 can chopped green chilies
21/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. sliced ripe olives

Brown beef in skillet and drain. Place beef and all remaining ingredients in Crockery Pot. Stir well. Cover and cook on low 5 to 6 hours.
