Pineapple Baked Beans

1 lb. ground beef
28 oz. baked beans
8 oz. pineapple tidbits, drained
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. barbecue sauce

2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

In a skillet, brown beef; drain. Transfer to a 5-quart slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover and cook on low for 4-8 hours or until bubbly. Serve in bowls.
