Follow directions on rice package for proportion of rice to water. Use up to 4 cups raw rice. This will make 10 cups cooked rice.

Spray Crockery Pot with non-stick spray. Pour in rice, water, salt. Cover and cook on HIGH for 1 1/2 – 2 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally. When turned off, rice will stay warm for a couple of hours. Cook rice this way in the evenings or on a weekend when you are home to do the stirring, then freeze the cooked rice in freezer baggies to use at a later time.

This will fill a 3.5 quart Crockery Pot.
