Wild Rice Casserole

Great accompaniment to any meat.

1 c. long grain white rice
1 c. wild rice
8-10 baby carrots, chopped
2 med. onions, chopped
3 ribs celery, chopped
1 pkg. fresh mushrooms, sliced

1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 1/2 c. water
1 stick margarine, melted
1 pkg. shredded casserole cheese (Sargento)

Place all dry ingredients in Crockery Pot and stir to mix well. Add liquids and stir gently. Add melted butter/margarine last. Cover and cook on low 6 to 7 hours.

6 to 8 servings
