Crockery Pot Beef Stew #2

It only take a short time to get this together. Then go about your business and let the Crockery Pot do its thing.

11/2 lbs. stew beef
1 sm. onion
5 potatoes, cut into chunks
5 carrots, cut into chunks
5 ribs celery, cut into chunks
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 beef bouillon cube
1 vegetale bouillon cube

1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tsp. tapioca
salt and pepper to taste

1. Put meat on the bottom of your Crockery Pot.

2. Add onion, potatoes, carrots and celery.

3. Put remainder of ingredients including 2 cans of water on top.

4. Cook on low about 10 hours, or put on high for shorter cooking time. Stir once during cooking.
