Possum Lodge Firehouse Chili

2 cans Mexican beans
1 can Ro-Tel diced tomatoes and green chilies
1 med. onion, diced
1 can regular beer (12 oz.)

1 lb. ground chuck
3 tbsp .chili powder
1 tsp. cumin

Brown ground chuck and onion; drain. Combine with remaining ingredients in slow cooker. Cook over medium setting for 12 to 24 hours. Add chili powder as desired.
