Artichoke and Bacon Dip

1 14-oz can Artichoke hearts, drained
1/2 C Mayonnaise
2 tsp Lemon juice
2 slices Bacon, crisp-cooked, crumbled
2 tbsp Chopped onion

1. Combine artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, lemon juice, bacon, and onion in a bowl and mix well.
2. Chill, covered, until serving time.

Serve with crackers.

This dip may instead be baked at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Serves 6 to 8.
