Chipped Beef Dip with Sautéed Pecans

1 C Chopped pecans
2 2-oz jars Dried beef, minced
16 oz Cream cheese, softened
1/4 C Milk
1 C Sour cream

1 med Onion, chopped

1. Sauté pecans lightly in a nonstick skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray; set aside. Mix dried beef, cream cheese, milk, sour cream and onion in a bowl.
2. Spoon into a baking dish. Sprinkle pecans over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until heated through.

Serve with corn chips or other favorite chips.

Serves 25.
