Crab Dip #2

This crab dip was a real hit for crab lovers and I think it was the wine that made it different from the other crab dip recipes that are around.

3 lb Cream cheese
1 lb Crab meat
1 tbsp Dry mustard

1/2 C Good sherry wine

1. Soften the cream cheese and carefully mix in the crab, and dry mustard. Place this mixture in a non stick large saucepan. Add the wine and heat.
2. Place dip in a chafing dish, and serve with mixed crackers or cocktail rye bread.
