Crab Dip, From-The-Sea

2 8-oz. packages Cream chesse, softened
1 8-oz. carton Sour cream
1 16-oz. package Jack cheese, shredded
1 C Finely chopped green onions
8 oz. Cooked crab meat, cut into small pieces

Combine cream cheese with sour cream and jack cheese in microwave-proof container. Microwave on medium for a few minutes, stirring occasionally, just until all chese is melted and creamy.

Remove from heat and stir in green onions and crab. Or thin with white wine to saucy consistency.

Serve over baked potatoes or hot pasta.

Serves 4 to 6
