Dipsy Doodles Butterscotch Dip

1 (4-serving size) Cook-before-serving butterscotch pudding mix (NOT instant)
1 (14-ounce) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1 1/2 C Milk
Apples or pears, cored and sliced, or banana chunks

1. In medium-sized saucepan, combine pudding mix, Eagle Brand and milk. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly; cook 2 minutes more. Cool slightly. Pour into serving bowl or individual cups. Serve warm with fruit.

2. TIP: Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator. Reheat and serve as a sauce over vanilla ice cream. Sprinkle sauce with miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips or toasted nuts if desired.

Makes about 2½ cups of dip.
