Hot Mushroom Dip

1 lb. sliced Mushrooms
1 Onion, chopped fine
3 Tbsp. Butter
2 Tbsp. Flour
1 c. Sour Cream
1/2 tsp. Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp. Salt

1/4 tsp. Pepper
1/3 c. fresh shredded parmesan cheese

1. Saute Onions and mushrooms in butter five or six minutes. Sprinkle with flour and cook another 5-6 minutes.
2. Add sour cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
3. Pour into shallow oven proof dish. Sprinkle with cheese.
4. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
5. Serve hot with Crackers.
