Hot Pecan Spread

1 8-ounce package Cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp Milk
1 2 1/2-ounce jar Dried beef, finely chopped
1/4 C Finely chopped onion
1/4 C Chopped black olives
1/4 C Chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp Garlic salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/2 C Sour cream

1/2 C Chopped pecans
1 tbsp Melted butter

1. Blend cream cheese and milk. Stir in dried beef, onion, olives, green pepper, garlic salt and pepper. Fold in sour cream.
2. Place mixture in greased baking dish.
3. Combine butter and pecans and sprinkle over cream cheese mixture.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
6. Serve hot with crackers.

Makes 8 to 10 servings.
