Lynne’s Tex-Mex

1 1/2 lbs Extra lean ground beef
1 med Onion, chopped
16 oz Salsa
4 oz Sour cream
1/2 pkg Taco seasoning mix

2 C Cheddar cheese, shredded

1. Brown ground beef and onion; drain. Stir in taco mix. Put in casserole dish.
2. Mix sour cream and salsa together, layer on top of meat. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
3. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts. Serve with tortilla chips.
