Mama Bo’s Shrimp Dip

When I make this I use the low fat cream cheese and low fat mayo and serve with crackers. It goes over really well.

8 oz Cream cheese, softened
1/2 sm Onion, chopped
1 (4½) can Shrimp (or fresh boiled, about 1/4 lb)
dash of Worcestershire

dash of Tabasco, to taste
2 tsp Dried parsley flakes
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
Evaporated milk (enough to thin to desired consistency)

Blend all ingredients in food processor; add cream cheese and onions (if using processor, onion can be quartered). Blend; add Worcestershire, Tabasco, mayonnaise and parsley. Blend. Add shrimp and juice last. Do not blend very long. You may want to use pulse control. Add evaporated milk to thin to desired consistency. Serve with Fritos.
